As some of our loyal regular customers may have noted, after being closed for several months because of health issues, this site is being reconstructed to reopen in August, 2010. We will feature a new format, a new shop cart and new daily management of orders. We will open with over 1400 character cake pans, all the popular sizes and shapes of Parrish and Cakepans4less manufactured cake pans and many specialty cake pans, all at very competitive prices. Go ahead and browse the completed sections of the new site for an advance glimpse of our products, however be aware the pricing and connections to the shop cart are not finalized for normal operations. SHIPPING INFORMATION The shipping rates as calculated in our shop cart are the actual “real time” rates established by the USPS and UPS. We include a small handling charge to cover order processing, shipping materials, our time to pick, pack, and deliver to the post office. The shop cart will offer
you shipping costs from Fedex, UPS and USPS based on the actual shipment
weight. When comparing UPS and Fedex two and three day rates to the rates
provided by the US Postal Service, we have found that many times, rates from
the US Postal Service are lower. Plus US Postal Service delivers on Saturday
at no extra charge. Also, be aware that we are shipping UPS ground
packages from California and destinations located east of the Rockies
generally are at least 4-5 days and Florida may take 6 days. EXPEDITED SHIPPING We understand that some customers may want expedited or overnight shipping. Many times, we cannot make Express or UPS Next Day cut off times due to circumstances beyond our control at this time. Most customers urgent shipping needs can be met by informing us of the date you need it by in the comments section of the checkout process and also stating that “this is an urgent order...I need it by XXXX”. We make every effort to get the order out the the following day. For example, if you place an order on Monday, we will process it Monday evening and it will go out on Tuesday morning. You should receive it on Wednesday. LOST ORDERS WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST ORDERS ONCE THEY HAVE SHIPPED. If you have not received your order within a week of confirmation of shipment, email us regarding your situation and we will research and consider solutions. We reserve the right to refuse refund or reshipment. We make every effort to send you a delivery confirmation tracking number so you can track the package.
